Speaker:

Hi everyone.

Speaker:

It's Rich Cardona.

Speaker:

Welcome back to The Leadership Locker.

Speaker:

The place to be if you're a new entrepreneur, aspiring entrepreneur,

Speaker:

if you've been around for a while and still looking to gain knowledge

Speaker:

from some industry experts, which is who I have on today, the industry

Speaker:

expert I have on today is a man named Michael Losier and he wrote a book.

Speaker:

You may have heard of it.

Speaker:

Attraction, even if you haven't read about the law of attraction, you've heard of

Speaker:

the principle itself and it's simply the.

Speaker:

You attract what happens to you positive or negative.

Speaker:

And there's a lot more to it than that, of course.

Speaker:

And I'm just going to let you listen to the podcast to determine

Speaker:

determinant, but I was first introduced to this concept deeper by I was

Speaker:

listening to the MF CEO project with Andy Frisella and Vaughn Kohler.

Speaker:

And I'll never forget.

Speaker:

I was walking around my neighborhood.

Speaker:

It was nighttime and I was listening and I just really remember how deeply Andy was

Speaker:

talking about the effect of visualization and how everything he had ever visualize.

Speaker:

And when he made a vision board, it all came to fruition.

Speaker:

And since then I've heard this from so many people.

Speaker:

People who are wildly successful.

Speaker:

And when you hear it works from people like this, it's time to start

Speaker:

telling yourself that they're probably onto something and it's probably

Speaker:

something you should look into.

Speaker:

And it's probably also time to stop thinking that it's bullshit, that

Speaker:

it's not provable that whatever you don't need to be cynical about it.

Speaker:

So I read the book and I read the book twice and it's turns out that I have a lot

Speaker:

to learn that things that were happening that were negative or things I brought on,

Speaker:

you know, like when someone from the team.

Speaker:

I didn't see it coming.

Speaker:

It was on the heels of me wondering what they were doing.

Speaker:

Anyway, I put myself in that situation now on the flip side of that, there's all

Speaker:

kinds of things that have been happening that I've been focusing on, that I've been

Speaker:

manifesting and I didn't even know it.

Speaker:

And what you'll learn about the law of attraction is that it really

Speaker:

kind of puts a plug in coincidences.

Speaker:

And we are literally at all times attracting something in our lives

Speaker:

and it's usually all we're giving the most attention and energy to.

Speaker:

So if you want to level up as an entrepreneur, same way I do.

Speaker:

If you want to scale your business, if you want to gainfully employed people,

Speaker:

if you want to serve and all these different aspects of, of being a business.

Speaker:

Then take a listen to Michael look, Michael has given a zillion presentations.

Speaker:

So in my opinion, he, he, he, this was almost a presentation for him and he

Speaker:

even says that it's not a typical podcast that you've listened to, but nonetheless

Speaker:

you're going to want to listen to it.

Speaker:

And then you will probably want to pick up the book if you haven't.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Like, you'll hear me say it in the podcast.

Speaker:

Like I have all kinds of pages, cornered, dog eared, underlined

Speaker:

highlighted, and it's just a concept that is going to take a while to do.

Speaker:

And I literally just got off a call with a gentleman up in Philadelphia.

Speaker:

Who saw me post about visualization somewhere.

Speaker:

And he recommended another book to me, but he started with the law of attraction

Speaker:

and he says the last 18 months, since he's been practicing, has completely

Speaker:

catapulted his life into a stratosphere.

Speaker:

He never thought and not just business, but personal life as well.

Speaker:

So it's time to stop ignoring it.

Speaker:

We're going to get into the show right now.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Hey everyone.

Speaker:

Well, I'm here with Michael OCA and I got the book here and I just told

Speaker:

him before we started recording that I have tabbed out all the different

Speaker:

places that I would love to dive into.

Speaker:

And it's going to be hard to do that in less than an hour, but that's okay.

Speaker:

But Michael please tell us a little bit about you.

Speaker:

What you're up to.

Speaker:

I know this is not your only book, but this is all we're going to cover it.

Speaker:

Well, my name is Michael Losha.

Speaker:

I live in Canada on the west coast, on an island, not too

Speaker:

bigger than Gilligan's island.

Speaker:

It's called Vancouver island and I'm in the city of Victoria.

Speaker:

And I have been training law of attraction for 18 years.

Speaker:

My book is 18 years old.

Speaker:

It was one of the first books in the world to have the word

Speaker:

law of attraction in its title.

Speaker:

So I was a little weird back then.

Speaker:

Now it's kind of a household word.

Speaker:

And if it isn't the experience of it is, you know, people

Speaker:

saw a lot of, I don't do that.

Speaker:

And I say, well, if you've ever used the word coincidence or serendipity

Speaker:

or synchronicity or fate or karma, or meant to be, or everything fell into

Speaker:

place, this is such a coincidence.

Speaker:

I was just thinking about you.

Speaker:

They are all evidence.

Speaker:

Of law of attraction.

Speaker:

So when you say this is such a coincidence, that is evidence

Speaker:

or something fell into place.

Speaker:

So the good news is you're already experiencing it.

Speaker:

And the better news today, I'm going to teach people how to be deliberate.

Speaker:

The best case scenario is that everybody has a pen and paper.

Speaker:

You see, I'm not a motivational speaker.

Speaker:

I'm a motivated trainer.

Speaker:

And my goal today, even though you think it's an interview, it's really

Speaker:

a training session and people are going to stop the car and take notes.

Speaker:

And they're going to hear my voice in their head forever.

Speaker:

And they heard it on rich Cardona's oh gosh.

Speaker:

That's what they're going to remember.

Speaker:

Yeah, it was on Rich's podcast.

Speaker:

Who was it?

Speaker:

Book, it's not huge.

Speaker:

And there's illustrations there's worksheets in here.

Speaker:

Yet half of it is dog eared, because I'm going to be honest,

Speaker:

this type of thinking, this type of mentality, this type of belief in the

Speaker:

science behind it is non-existent.

Speaker:

To me, I am the person who believes in coincidence is I am the person

Speaker:

who believes in serendipity.

Speaker:

My wife and I were just looking at houses 20 minutes ago.

Speaker:

And this house happened to be.

Speaker:

Virtually perfect with a couple extra things.

Speaker:

And I'm like, how did this happen when we just decided

Speaker:

we're going to not look anymore?

Speaker:

So the first thing I want to ask you before we actually dive into it is tell me

Speaker:

when you started personally experiencing the law of attraction and some of the

Speaker:

things that started taking place in your.

Speaker:

Yeah, I'll do that first.

Speaker:

I want to explain why my book is this thing, you know, I self

Speaker:

published and this was a seminar that I delivered a thousand times.

Speaker:

So I went to the post office and I asked the postal person how

Speaker:

thick can a book be before it doesn't fit in the slot of a door.

Speaker:

And she told me, and I went to the bookstore and you know

Speaker:

how thick it is, this thing.

Speaker:

So I made my book 144 pages so I could get, I was self-published right.

Speaker:

That was a big deal.

Speaker:

You know, putting that in an envelope or since then I saw 3.7 million

Speaker:

copies and I didn't have to mail any anyhow after the first 5,000.

Speaker:

I never mailed them again.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

Wow.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Well, you know I'm a big chubby guy, you know, so when I was

Speaker:

growing up, I really got to see the relationship between me being

Speaker:

worried about being bullied and being.

Speaker:

Or being worried about mean fauna found off and being found out.

Speaker:

And it was just like that.

Speaker:

Even going to school, I remember, oh, nobody's picks on me.

Speaker:

And like, we just, of course we didn't use the word manifest, but it would happen.

Speaker:

I was also conflicted because I was nice.

Speaker:

I was at night, I wouldn't gave my parents.

Speaker:

I was the favorite.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And I thought, why would I attract negative things?

Speaker:

I was so puzzled.

Speaker:

And at that time I grew up in a Catholic family and was going to church and, and I

Speaker:

thought, well, that doesn't make any sense that I would attract negative things.

Speaker:

I'm a nice guy.

Speaker:

I'm a nice kid.

Speaker:

I was friendly and thought, boy, I worried about bullying.

Speaker:

And then as I was getting older in school, I kind of would hang out with

Speaker:

somebody that, and today's terms.

Speaker:

I would say that match my vibe.

Speaker:

I didn't even know what that meant when I was a kid, but it was like, oh,

Speaker:

this person doesn't make fun of me.

Speaker:

Or so, and then I noticed when I would think about that kind of

Speaker:

person, I would attract more of it.

Speaker:

So I didn't know it was called law of attraction.

Speaker:

And I certainly didn't know I would attract negative things

Speaker:

that did not make any sense to me.

Speaker:

It defied every rule of the universe or God or whatever people believe, or why

Speaker:

would, why would God send negative things?

Speaker:

Why would the universe?

Speaker:

It was so puzzling to me, created a lot of conflict as well.

Speaker:

You know, so I understood that, that I was working for the government Canada,

Speaker:

and I was kind of using some law of attraction things on them because people

Speaker:

come to my office, they would be negative.

Speaker:

And I would say, so what do you want?

Speaker:

And they would reset their vibes.

Speaker:

Of course we never used all the words we're using today.

Speaker:

We're so far.

Speaker:

And back to even the word vibration people would giggle when I used it.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Nevermind a reset button, but now it's just commonplace.

Speaker:

So I ended up being the guy in the government with the closed.

Speaker:

And I was working with everybody privately, but when we were in the

Speaker:

same room together and nobody ever talked about it, we never publicly

Speaker:

said that we were all practicing this.

Speaker:

Although the vibe in the office was good, people were watching their words.

Speaker:

Then I started I started a company called teleclass international while

Speaker:

I was working for the government.

Speaker:

We were delivering teleclasses or conference calls over the telephone.

Speaker:

It's just like clubhouse, but without the app like this, these, these were

Speaker:

the days and I built my entire career.

Speaker:

Doing classes on the telephone teaching law of attraction.

Speaker:

And I, while I was working for the government, I did it

Speaker:

every Thursday for a year.

Speaker:

And during tip number one, if you're going to write a book, do the cover first.

Speaker:

So the very first thing is that I did the cover almost looks the same as that.

Speaker:

I had a website, it was called it is called law of attraction book.com

Speaker:

when that was a foreign word.

Speaker:

So after the call would be three and 400 people, they'd go to the website

Speaker:

and to say, notify me when this is.

Speaker:other note to self, I charged:Speaker:

And now there's thousands of now the publisher sells it for 9 99.

Speaker:

Why?

Speaker:

But my book is still the classic it's published in 37 languages, 37 languages.

Speaker:

It was in the top 10 in Malaysia for 10 years.

Speaker:

And our country.

Speaker:

So I ended up going, I went to Malaysia seven times in my career

Speaker:

and I didn't have to bring a debit card if you know what I mean, I'm doing

Speaker:

I'm collecting names and everything.

Speaker:

And then I went on, I'm working for the government.

Speaker:

I want to see a speaker.

Speaker:

I live on an island.

Speaker:

And why you need to know that as if you're here and it's seven

Speaker:

o'clock, you're staying right.

Speaker:

You're staying.

Speaker:

Unless you're going on a flight somewhere.

Speaker:

And it was in the afternoon and I thought, he's not going to

Speaker:

catch the ferry to get home.

Speaker:

So he said, no, I'm going to walk around in Victoria.

Speaker:

And I said, oh, I can go for a walk with you.

Speaker:

We'll take you down to the blah, blah, blah.

Speaker:

So let's do it.

Speaker:

He was nice.

Speaker:

He was friendly.

Speaker:

So I said, I'd really like to do what you do now when I worked for

Speaker:

the government, I was a trainer.

Speaker:

So I was in front of the rules.

Speaker:

So that was easy for me.

Speaker:

I also understood about learning styles and how to teach using

Speaker:

accelerated learning techniques.

Speaker:

I'm going to do that today.

Speaker:

But it wasn't a subject.

Speaker:

And I said, well, I'd love to do what you do.

Speaker:

He said, well, you had a book.

Speaker:

It would be easy stuff.

Speaker:

I had a book and Montgomery, I don't have a book, but listen,

Speaker:

I'm fast on the way home.

Speaker:

I said, you have a nine inch binder and it's full of worksheets and

Speaker:

people sending in their examples.

Speaker:

Oh, I love when you said that and love that.

Speaker:

And I thought, I say that that's what I was collecting.

Speaker:

Thank you.

Speaker:

Cards and people samples.

Speaker:

Their lists or their manifestations.

Speaker:

And so I took two years and I made it into 144 page book.

Speaker:

And I went to the Los Angeles, big book expo, the annual book expo.

Speaker:

And I'm a shy Canadian, right.

Speaker:

I don't say very much.

Speaker:

And I showed it to many publishers and they said, this will never sell.

Speaker:

It's got worksheets look at, and they'll never show.

Speaker:

Well, let me ask two questions based off of that.

Speaker:

Well, actually, let me make a comment and then ask a question.

Speaker:

The first is if you're doing well, teaching government personnel the law

Speaker:

of attraction certainly must work.

Speaker:

That must say a lot about you.

Speaker:

If you're able to get government people on board, because

Speaker:

they're usually extremely stiff.

Speaker:

But the actual question I have is after you decided and quickly made the book

Speaker:

and you are getting that rejection, you talk about doubt and limiting beliefs.

Speaker:

What do you do practicing the law of attraction when those moments happen?

Speaker:

What are we supposed to do?

Speaker:

Well, you know, what it's called contrast in contrast is

Speaker:

anything that doesn't feel good.

Speaker:

You can either chew on it and make your day words.

Speaker:

Oh, I hate when this happens, but that after my sister was with me, when

Speaker:

I went in the parking lot, we said, you know what, let's get outta here.

Speaker:

And she said, the vibe has been here.

Speaker:

And then we were heading back to the hotel and I said, Hey, meet me at the pool.

Speaker:

And we got to the pool and she's how you feeling.

Speaker:

I said, I'm, self-publishing.

Speaker:

She said, what do you mean?

Speaker:

I said, I'm going to hire everybody.

Speaker:

The graphic artist, the back of the book, the printer.

Speaker:

And I said a few, I'm doing it myself.

Speaker:

And I spent 96 cents to print this book and I sold it for 24 95 and I

Speaker:

sold almost 500,000 copies on my own.

Speaker:

And then when the secret came out and Oprah interviewed the people on the

Speaker:

secret, the secret I was asked to be in the secret twice, I said no for

Speaker:

you know, that they want us to own the rights to the most important part.

Speaker:

The allowing, yeah.

Speaker:

There's no one talking about that.

Speaker:

There's no one talking about that and I wasn't willing to give it up

Speaker:

and I didn't know what the secret is.

Speaker:

I regretted it for about a day.

Speaker:

And then I thought, you know what?

Speaker:

The secret doesn't tell people how to do it.

Speaker:

And that this is a seminar.

Speaker:

This is a seminar when a glossy cupboard and that's all it is.

Speaker:

It tells you how to do it.

Speaker:

Let me ask you this.

Speaker:

You said you move quick.

Speaker:

You realize you had all the information you needed in order to publish this book.

Speaker:

So I'm kind of going backwards a little bit, but you did not procrast.

Speaker:

We often procrastinate when we, as entrepreneurs are completely overwhelmed

Speaker:

with all the things that we need to do.

Speaker:

And I have it right here.

Speaker:

I know, I know what the answer is, but can you tell me exactly what

Speaker:

procrastination is and how we should approach that using some of your friends?

Speaker:

Well, I have the Michael Losha answer for procrastination.

Speaker:

Not everybody will understand it and not to discredit what people understand.

Speaker:

Here's what procrastination is.

Speaker:

Procrastination means you're waiting for the energy to line up.

Speaker:

That's all you ever notice when you go to do it.

Speaker:

Everything you need felon.

Speaker:

Okay, great.

Speaker:

Now I can do this project, so it's not procrastination.

Speaker:

It's just waiting for the energy to line up.

Speaker:

So you can start attracting things that are in alignment to the project.

Speaker:

I never think of her project and finish it in the same day.

Speaker:

I think about it.

Speaker:

I put it on a pad of paper and then I let it cook all week.

Speaker:

And I thought, I want to add that to it.

Speaker:

And then when I go back to it, I say, you know, I wrote all three

Speaker:

of my books in the pub across the street on a yellow pad of paper.

Speaker:

So everything's on this yellow pad of paper first and that's and

Speaker:

that's where one idea collects another one collects another one.

Speaker:

The last thing I do is put it on a document because then the juices stop.

Speaker:

Oh, it's got the wrong font and the wrong color.

Speaker:

And there were like, get out of that.

Speaker:

Just play with pen and paper and jot stuff down.

Speaker:

I like doing a circle in the middle with the space.

Speaker:

And then I can really play, like what 10 things do I want

Speaker:

to talk about in this interview?

Speaker:

Not this one, but if I'm doing planning a video, right.

Speaker:

If I try to do it linear, I get stuck and stop, but I say, okay,

Speaker:

well, I've got to tell my name.

Speaker:

What else?

Speaker:

I've got to tell him about my book.

Speaker:

What else?

Speaker:

Oh, I've got to drop the Oprah bomb.

Speaker:

What else I got to do?

Speaker:

So, and then it's all planned and then I can put them in order.

Speaker:

I can't do that on a computer.

Speaker:

Cutting and pasting.

Speaker:

So just a note to everybody go old school, get out a piece of paper.

Speaker:

The time that you think about the idea and you put it on the paper,

Speaker:

you just set the energy in motion.

Speaker:

You gave it attention, energy and focus and law of attraction doesn't

Speaker:

know what caused you, but when you wrote it down, it caused you

Speaker:

to include it in your vibration.

Speaker:

And as you're including anything in your vibration, that's your

Speaker:

vibe, that's your mood or feeling when people say what's the vibe?

Speaker:

Well, you're already using the word vibe.

Speaker:

When you say, wow, he's giving off a negative vibe.

Speaker:

She's been a positive one.

Speaker:

You're using the word vibe to describe a mood or a feeling.

Speaker:

And right now you have a mood or a feeling.

Speaker:

So that means right now you have a vibe beam.

Speaker:

If you're denying having one, and it's either something you

Speaker:

want or something you don't want, it's either negative or positive.

Speaker:

And here's the most important two sentences.

Speaker:

If you're driving the car, stop the car, write this down.

Speaker:

It is the most important sentence you're going to hear me say when

Speaker:

I heard this sentence, because remember before this, I didn't know

Speaker:

I was tracking negative things.

Speaker:

How could the last guy be bullied?

Speaker:

That didn't make any sense?

Speaker:

I heard this sentence in Seattle.

Speaker:

I took a ferry back to Gilligan's island where I live and on the ferry,

Speaker:

you know what I said, I'm doing this.

Speaker:

I finally know the answer.

Speaker:

Now, my job and my gift also is to take complicated subjects.

Speaker:

Your life's purpose, how complicated that is, guess what?

Speaker:

I can help you figure it out.

Speaker:

How to communicate with other people, all four styles, law of attraction.

Speaker:

My style is to make complicated things easier.

Speaker:

And that's what I do with all the material, all the things that I'm doing.

Speaker:

My friend, Linda, who was an NLP master practitioner.

Speaker:

We met one morning at my house on Sunday morning, and I told

Speaker:

her about what I learned.

Speaker:

And she said, oh my God, that's we don't have to explain it.

Speaker:

I said, no, that's, that's why it's called the law.

Speaker:

And then, because we were both NLP, NLP teaches you how to do stuff

Speaker:

with models and the formulas and understanding learning styles.

Speaker:

And we start to put stuff together.

Speaker:

Here's the two word, job description for law of attraction, Matt.

Speaker:

The vibrations, but what about the negative ones?

Speaker:

Does it matter?

Speaker:

It's not smart.

Speaker:

It's obedient.

Speaker:

And right now, law of attraction is ease dropping on the vibe that you're

Speaker:

sending about anything and everything.

Speaker:

And it's responding to the vibe by matching the vibration that you're sending

Speaker:

about it, whether negative or positive.

Speaker:

You see, law of attraction is a smart, it doesn't know whether

Speaker:

you want it or don't want it, or whether it's good or bad for you.

Speaker:

It's not smart.

Speaker:

It's obedient.

Speaker:

People say the universe is testing me.

Speaker:

The universe.

Speaker:

Isn't testing anybody.

Speaker:

It's matching you.

Speaker:

Oh, the universe will figure it out.

Speaker:

The universe.

Speaker:

Doesn't figure stuff out.

Speaker:

It matches you.

Speaker:

All the universe is testing me.

Speaker:

It's not testing you.

Speaker:

It's matching you.

Speaker:

And if you're curious, you listening, if you're thinking well, what's my vibe.

Speaker:

How can I tell.

Speaker:

Wouldn't it be nice.

Speaker:

If we had an app on the phone call, the vibrational meter reader and you

Speaker:

turn around and you'd scan yourself and you say, oh, what's my vibe.

Speaker:

And you'd look at the phone and say, oh, my vibes are high or they're not, but

Speaker:

there's no such thing as a vibration meter reader, but all of us have one within us.

Speaker:

We have an internal vibrational meter reader and it's our feelings.

Speaker:

Our feelings are the indicator of the vibe that we're sending.

Speaker:

Number one, you want to know the vibe you're sending?

Speaker:

How do you feel.

Speaker:

You want him to know the vibe that you're sending the boat money, open your wallet.

Speaker:

It's a perfect match.

Speaker:

You want to know the vibe that you're setting about getting that job interview.

Speaker:

How's that working for you?

Speaker:

Everything that you're getting is matching the vibration

Speaker:

that you're sending about it.

Speaker:

And when you get what you don't want, because you gave it to me.

Speaker:

I was a nice guy, but what was I giving attention to?

Speaker:

I gave attention to what I didn't want.

Speaker:

And law of attraction is not very smart.

Speaker:

And now it started to unfold and orchestrate to match the

Speaker:

vibration of bullying to bullies.

Speaker:

It was a perfect match every time.

Speaker:

Michael, let me be a cynic.

Speaker:

I love, I love to be a cynic and devil's advocate, especially with the person who's

Speaker:

the actual expert, not scared of you.

Speaker:

So you are saying essentially that everything that's taking place in

Speaker:

my life is essentially something I have manifested whether yeah.

Speaker:

I have paid attention to it or not the negative things that are happening

Speaker:

the fall I took down the stairs or the lottery ticket that I want, or

Speaker:

the speeding ticket that I got are all things that I've manifested.

Speaker:

If this is true, to an extent, why aren't we all winning?

Speaker:

Why aren't we all like in the house that we want to be in or

Speaker:

driving the car that we want, or in the job with the title that we.

Speaker:

Well, because law of attraction, isn't responding to what you want.

Speaker:

It's responding to how you feel about what you want, because

Speaker:

I want a happy slender body.

Speaker:

Do you think that's the vibe that I'm sending, do you think I can

Speaker:

stand in the bathroom mirror?

Speaker:

Like the chubby guy in the book?

Speaker:

That's me, his bathroom has, he can't even see, I couldn't

Speaker:

see my feet and my affirmation was, I have a happy slender box.

Speaker:

That's a positive sentence.

Speaker:

Why does I not have that?

Speaker:

Well, the nanosecond that I say, I have a happy slender body.

Speaker:

Did you know that affirmation send negative vibrations?

Speaker:

So now I'm saying I have a happy slender body, positive affirmation,

Speaker:

and now I think about it.

Speaker:

And the minute I think I have a happy slender body myself.

Speaker:

No, you don't, you're not, I mean, you can't even see your

Speaker:

feet are bigger than you are.

Speaker:

And now starting that negative.

Speaker:

Now I'm having a negative thought, which is causing me to

Speaker:

send me a negative vibration.

Speaker:

I'm saying, and reading a positive affirmation law of attraction.

Speaker:

Doesn't know what I'm reading.

Speaker:

It's responding to how I feel about what I'm reading.

Speaker:

I want to make my point about this as important because people

Speaker:

are saying they're stating something as if they have it.

Speaker:

My friend, he's got all my bank account, overflows money comes to me easily.

Speaker:

I asked him about it.

Speaker:

You know what he says, oh, I can't even look at those.

Speaker:

They just depressed me.

Speaker:

And the reason why, because the affirmation is not

Speaker:

congruent with the field.

Speaker:

You know, when I was traveling in Malaysia and all over the world, I

Speaker:

knew that everybody knew Jim Carey and I called him a tall, skinny Canadian.

Speaker:

And I was Michael OSHA, chubby Canadian.

Speaker:

And I said, pretend that we're at the front of the room.

Speaker:

And some, and we have vibration meter readers above our heads, and

Speaker:

it's going E negative positive.

Speaker:

We both have the same one you hand as an envelope.

Speaker:

And, you know, certainly says I have a happy slender body, the

Speaker:

same way, the sentence I read mine and my vibrational meter.

Speaker:

Now Jim Carrey, tall center Canadian, his, his vibrational meter goes

Speaker:

ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

Speaker:

The exact same sentence.

Speaker:

It's not the sentence.

Speaker:

It's how you feel about the sentence.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

This podcast is brought to you by rocket station.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Look, how many repetitive things do you do on a daily basis?

Speaker:

That let's just say it consumed.

Speaker:

20 minutes of your time.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So that's almost two hours a week.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

If you're an entrepreneur, that's definitely two hours a week because

Speaker:

you don't work just five days a week.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So two hours a week, we'll call it eight hours a month,

Speaker:

eight hours a month, times 12.

Speaker:

Let me whip out my calculator.

Speaker:

Six hours.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So four days a year, you spend a full four days.

Speaker:

Bullshit repetitive tasks that you don't need to be doing repetitive

Speaker:

tasks that someone else can do better, repetitive tasks that are keeping

Speaker:

you from being completely focused.

Speaker:

So when we look at all the things that we have to do as business

Speaker:

owners and entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in the beginning,

Speaker:

we're going to be doing tons of it.

Speaker:

You have to start outsourcing and there's virtual assistance through

Speaker:

a company that I use called rocket station that are going to help you.

Speaker:

Now, the difference you need to know between rocket station and

Speaker:

everyone else is that unlike some of the other platforms that host

Speaker:

rocket station leadership is amazing.

Speaker:

I've had their CEO of my podcast.

Speaker:

I talked to Greg COO often, and my VA has a manager.

Speaker:

There's an operations manager for the first few months.

Speaker:

There's a process mapping that takes place, that maps out all the processes

Speaker:

that you need taken care of for you.

Speaker:

So that way, before you're even interviewing candidates, we know the

Speaker:

roles and responsibilities to a T.

Speaker:

And by the way, if you write them, you will get 25% off of your process

Speaker:

mapping, which is critical because that's the easiest way to fail.

Speaker:

So here's what you can do.

Speaker:

You can email.

Speaker:

At rocket station.com or you can go to landing dot rocket station.com.

Speaker:

That is going to ask you to set up an appointment.

Speaker:

Now look, if you don't want to fast forward and get married so quickly,

Speaker:

then just reach out to me and we can have a conversation about it.

Speaker:

But right now I've helped a numerous amount of entrepreneurs get in touch

Speaker:

with them, and they are thrilled at just the relief they are going to have.

Speaker:

And the time they're going to get back by taking.

Speaker:

Let's get back to the show.

Speaker:

Can you talk about, and this is in chapter three, identifying your desire.

Speaker:

We kind of talked about that a little bit, but I'm going to read here.

Speaker:

I'd like you to expand on it.

Speaker:

The law of attraction brings you more of whatever you give your

Speaker:

attention and energy and focus to.

Speaker:

This is the big part.

Speaker:

I've underlined a million times.

Speaker:

If however, you identify your desire and don't give it attention, energy, and

Speaker:

focus, then there is no manifestation.

Speaker:

So if I would like to be a world famous podcaster and maybe I believe and

Speaker:

feel like I can get there, but I don't give it attention, energy, and focus.

Speaker:

It's not going to manifest what is getting in the way of

Speaker:

me giving it energy and focus.

Speaker:

Okay, well, first let's do mystify the word manifest,

Speaker:

cause it could be a targeting.

Speaker:

You know what manifests means?

Speaker:

Show up.

Speaker:

It showed up.

Speaker:

I said, I want to stumpy point showed up my friend called delivered it.

Speaker:

Wow.

Speaker:

Was it information, was it an idea?

Speaker:

Was it a television show?

Speaker:

Was it a physical jacket?

Speaker:

Manifest meant that delivery of something you gave attention to now, law of

Speaker:

attraction is like ordering a pizza.

Speaker:

You know, when you want to order a pizza.

Speaker:

You don't call the pizza people and tell them all the things that you don't want.

Speaker:

Hey, I'd like to order pizza.

Speaker:

Here's what I don't want on it.

Speaker:

We don't do that.

Speaker:

See how you would be giving attention to what you don't

Speaker:

want and then they deliver it.

Speaker:

So I thought you said no.

Speaker:

I said, I didn't want that.

Speaker:

Who says that?

Speaker:

See how it messes things up.

Speaker:

So before we placed the order and imagine there's three of us and we're going to

Speaker:

get one large pizza, Jenna, how much confusion that could be to try to find

Speaker:

out what to order, not in my house.

Speaker:

You know what my first question is, I want to hear what don't you want?

Speaker:

You don't like onions.

Speaker:

You, you don't want Angelo.

Speaker:

And you don't like spinach.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

What if we got a pizza that had boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

Speaker:

I can order a pizza real fast.

Speaker:

Now I have burst the clarity of the list by observing what we don't like.

Speaker:

I had to know what we didn't like to birth what we do like now I got a list of it

Speaker:

and now, so here's our pizza, large boom.

Speaker:

Th th they're stunned that we got to the answer so fast hashtag I'm not

Speaker:

new ordering pizza with the group.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

But now I have the list and I put it in the center of the table and

Speaker:

we're having a couple drinks and someone says, where's the pizza.

Speaker:

Well, we didn't order that.

Speaker:

We've just built the list of what we want.

Speaker:

I saw you ordered it.

Speaker:

No, I, I that's.

Speaker:

My job was to identify what we want.

Speaker:

Do you ever notice when you go to Google, you don't type in what you don't

Speaker:

want, but you type in what you do want, do you know the Google strips away?

Speaker:

The words don't not and no.

Speaker:

So when you tell Google what you don't want to bring to you, why you

Speaker:

said you didn't want, when you type in no football, you don't get home.

Speaker:

When you type in no sex, guess what?

Speaker:

You get sex, Google strips, the way the words don't know

Speaker:

what you said you didn't want.

Speaker:

So does law of attraction.

Speaker:

So when I talk about what I don't want, I'm giving it attention, energy,

Speaker:

and focus that place the order pizza.

Speaker:

Here's the list of what I want.

Speaker:

How do I place the order I call?

Speaker:

Hey, here's the pizza?

Speaker:

Boom done.

Speaker:

Wouldn't it be nice.

Speaker:

If the only thing would law of attraction build a list, place the order.

Speaker:

So people at home I've done that.

Speaker:

They've built a list of what they want it, but law of attractions, definitions,

Speaker:

clearly states, whatever you give your attention, energy, and focus to.

Speaker:

And they all mean the same thing.

Speaker:

You don't have to do three.

Speaker:

When I give something, my intention, I'm actually focusing on it.

Speaker:

And if I'm focused, what they all mean, the same thing.

Speaker:

So I got to do three things.

Speaker:

Now, whatever you give your attention, energy, and focus to a

Speaker:

period, you will get more of it.

Speaker:

Now during the list of what you want not placed in the yard.

Speaker:

So the question is what places and order to the universe or to law of attraction.

Speaker:

It's your attention to it.

Speaker:

Now I'm going to talk about my ideal.

Speaker:

Client, let's call it an ideal client.

Speaker:

So what's my ideal client.

Speaker:

Well, I had to find out what I didn't want to help.

Speaker:

So my clients are the ones that don't pay on time and the ones

Speaker:

that only buy one-off session.

Speaker:

I don't want that.

Speaker:

So what do you want?

Speaker:

Here's my client list.

Speaker:

Boom, boom, boom, boom.

Speaker:

Now I got to place the order.

Speaker:

The way you place an order with law of attraction, you give it

Speaker:

attention, energy, and focus.

Speaker:

When I talk about, when I read it, when I tell you it causes

Speaker:

me to give the attention to it.

Speaker:

Step number two says include.

Speaker:

The vibration of what you want to attract.

Speaker:

So if I build the list and tuck it in my sock drawer or in the file folder in the

Speaker:

back of my lucky cabinet, guess what?

Speaker:

I'm not giving it attention.

Speaker:

The law says whatever you give your attention, energy and focus.

Speaker:

First step, what do you want?

Speaker:

Second step.

Speaker:

You need to include it in your vibration.

Speaker:

Like the pizza.

Speaker:

Here's what I want.

Speaker:

I placed the order.

Speaker:

Now, the restaurants making the pizza.

Speaker:

Now, when it comes to pizza, as we allow it in real fast, right.

Speaker:

We can smell it coming up.

Speaker:

The driveway we're running to the jar.

Speaker:

When it comes to a pizza are allowing is real easy.

Speaker:

Let them in, Hey, open the door.

Speaker:

They're on, they're coming around the corner.

Speaker:

Let the pizza.

Speaker:

And so when it comes to pizza or Amazon boy, we let all those.

Speaker:

Well, when it comes to dishonoring stuff, we're not so good at that.

Speaker:

Well, step one, we're good at what, knowing what we want.

Speaker:

We're good at placing the order.

Speaker:

Some people make a collage, some people do a dream board.

Speaker:

Some people visualize, some people tell other friends, there's lots

Speaker:

of ways you can give it attention.

Speaker:

What's your favorite way.

Speaker:

Here's what I want.

Speaker:

I've got to give it attention and I have to allow it.

Speaker:

That means I have to open up the receiving valve or the.

Speaker:

But most people aren't good at allowing matter of fact, how fast you can

Speaker:

attract what you want is determined at a, how much I wanted to talk about

Speaker:

one example that really captures this.

Speaker:

And it's one of the examples you give of a woman who's been going on blind date.

Speaker:

She is actually in the process of finding that ideal match for her,

Speaker:

but she's been on a couple of bad dates and she's realizing some of

Speaker:

the things that she doesn't want.

Speaker:

So can you explain how understanding these quote unquote setbacks actually

Speaker:

just simply mean during the process of, you know, kind of continuing

Speaker:

to bring on the positive vibrator?

Speaker:

Yeah, well, let's, let's go back to Google either.

Speaker:

What?

Speaker:

Google is vibrational law of attraction.

Speaker:

That's all.

Speaker:

So when I go to Google, I type in what I want.

Speaker:

So say for example, someone must've been thinking, you know what?

Speaker:

I heard this guy in Richard's show.

Speaker:

He was a lawyer.

Speaker:

He wrote about law of attraction.

Speaker:

His name was Michael.

Speaker:

That's all I know, Victoria.

Speaker:

So I'm going to go to Google and type in Victoria law.

Speaker:

And then Google comes back and say, well, there's 7,000 of them.

Speaker:

They're lawyers, Victoria, Australia, Victoria, Texas, and all the Michael's.

Speaker:

So there's going to be a bunch of them.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

So what do you do?

Speaker:

Do you get ticked off at Google or do you say, oh, I need to refine my search here.

Speaker:

So now you say, oh, it was law of attraction.

Speaker:

Oh, that's going to make a difference.

Speaker:

So it's Michael law of attraction and Victoria.

Speaker:

Oh, you'll nail that, you know?

Speaker:

So in other words, the feedback from the first things you received was just that.

Speaker:

It was feedback to tell you how close you were and identifying what you want.

Speaker:

Google didn't know what you're looking for.

Speaker:

It was matching the words.

Speaker:

It's not smart.

Speaker:

Google's not smarter.

Speaker:

So BD hunt.

Speaker:

So we don't get ticked off at Google when it's not right.

Speaker:

We get excited.

Speaker:

Oh, Google's getting close.

Speaker:

I almost got it.

Speaker:

Let's do this.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

It was Michael law of attraction.

Speaker:

He said Oprah, those four key words would find me.

Speaker:

But if you only ask Michael lawyer Michael law, I'm not a lawyer, but

Speaker:

people make that mistake surgery.

Speaker:

And Guba says, is this what you want?

Speaker:

We say, no, Google, let me help you search better.

Speaker:

So let's talk about law of attraction, right?

Speaker:

We say, we want to get an ideal client.

Speaker:

You built the list and then you go for a lunch and we have a conversation.

Speaker:

Prospect is somebody and boy, they sounded like they were pretty

Speaker:

interested and you know, they had money for your services and, you know,

Speaker:

they were, they had good everything.

Speaker:

You liked everything.

Speaker:

And then at the very end, they say, you know what?

Speaker:

I think we're going to hold off til like 20, 22 or whatever.

Speaker:

Now this is what the most important part of all of this law of attraction,

Speaker:

eavesdropping, and it's in your car.

Speaker:

And here's what it's picking up in the conversation.

Speaker:

Oh, what a waste of time.

Speaker:

That was that's another one.

Speaker:

This always happens.

Speaker:

Nobody ever hires me.

Speaker:

What a waste of time.

Speaker:

I remember lob tracks is eavesdropping on that and it doesn't know that's

Speaker:

what you want and what you don't want.

Speaker:

So here's what we got to get in the habit everybody has to get in the habit.

Speaker:

Here's the tool it's called.

Speaker:

Celebrate.

Speaker:

Slash acknowledge lean, same thing, celebrate or acknowledge

Speaker:

how close the match was.

Speaker:

So what if you, on the way home, he would say, oh, just like Google, right?

Speaker:

You don't get ticked off at Google when it's a close match, you get excited.

Speaker:

So what if in the car and I'm showing the vibrational bubble, what if in the car.

Speaker:

Okay, this guy did not hire me, boy.

Speaker:

Here's what I liked about him.

Speaker:

Good handshake, good eye contact, good communicator.

Speaker:

He was there before me.

Speaker:

That's hard to do.

Speaker:

He was prompt.

Speaker:

He had good manners.

Speaker:

He wrote this like 10 things.

Speaker:

This dude was really just the perfect contractor employee instead of

Speaker:

saying, oh, what a waste of time now?

Speaker:

Here's why this is important.

Speaker:

As you were celebrate and acknowledging the match to what

Speaker:

you received, that you like law of attraction was eavesdropping in your

Speaker:

celebration or acknowledgement of it.

Speaker:

And law of attraction doesn't know how this vibration got included

Speaker:

because it's not very smart.

Speaker:

It's obedient.

Speaker:

And then you get another job interview and another client see the job is

Speaker:

to seek out what the matches are.

Speaker:

Don't focus on what didn't happen, focus on what does happen.

Speaker:

Now that's, if you're looking for an ideal client, here's my technique.

Speaker:

When a business person says, well, I would say, tell me about your ideal client.

Speaker:

This is for everybody.

Speaker:

Here's the name of the exercise.

Speaker:

Here's what I like about blank.

Speaker:

So I'm going to tell you what I like about Paul from Vancouver, and

Speaker:

when I'm telling you what I like about Paul from Vancouver law of

Speaker:

attraction, doesn't know who Paul is.

Speaker:

Law of attraction is responding to the vibration.

Speaker:

When I tell you what I like about this client.

Speaker:

So I want everyone to do the exercise and it's called

Speaker:

here's what I like about blank.

Speaker:

Put their name in it.

Speaker:

I'll go for it.

Speaker:

Okay here.

Speaker:

Here's what I like about Paul.

Speaker:

He buys a package of six hours from me every month with emotion code services.

Speaker:

He gives two away, introduced me to two new people.

Speaker:

He pays up front.

Speaker:

He shows up on time.

Speaker:

He posted about me.

Speaker:

He thanks me.

Speaker:

I'm always getting referrals from him.

Speaker:

He's gracious.

Speaker:

He's polite.

Speaker:

He sends me.

Speaker:

Thank you notes.

Speaker:

I could go on and on.

Speaker:

The law of attraction doesn't know that I was just remembering recollecting

Speaker:

what I liked about this client.

Speaker:

It's responding to how I feel about this client, or I could tell you about Betty.

Speaker:

Oh, she's a pain in the unit.

Speaker:

She's well, guess what?

Speaker:

Law of attraction doesn't matter who Betty is.

Speaker:

We gotta be careful what we're giving attention to because law

Speaker:

of attraction is matching it.

Speaker:

It's not smart.

Speaker:

It's so bad.

Speaker:

So we have the ability to reset this vibe by saying so my guess, but what I want.

Speaker:

There's a gentleman named ed, my lead, who I'm kind of in a coaching group of

Speaker:

his with, with a lot of other members.

Speaker:

And he was telling a story of how he was.

Speaker:

Desiring something and, you know, had the positive vibrations and he

Speaker:

was at a dinner and two tables away.

Speaker:

He happened to hear someone who fit exactly what it was that he

Speaker:

needed for this specific thing.

Speaker:

And he's like, I don't know how I overheard that from two tables away.

Speaker:

And I was just like, I know why I was like, I have a feeling.

Speaker:

I know why, but let me ask you this.

Speaker:

If I am someone who is giving my attention and energy to what I

Speaker:

want, I actually legitimately have positive vibes, no negative vibes.

Speaker:

Can, you could only experience one at a time.

Speaker:

These are positive vibes.

Speaker:

However, I go to the workplace or maybe it's my staff or what have you.

Speaker:

And these people have negative vibrations.

Speaker:

How can I resist?

Speaker:

What should I do to protect myself?

Speaker:

I keep my vibrational bubble where I want it.

Speaker:

Well, you only have one job and your job is to mind your vibration.

Speaker:

You see if you can imagine with law of attraction, that there's a vibration

Speaker:

meter and it goes from zero to 50, which is negative and you know, high vibe.

Speaker:

So we can tell when we're high on the dial, by how we feel.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

So, wow.

Speaker:

If we don't use numbers, you know, years ago they, they made them into,

Speaker:

we could say, oh, I'm so 99 rate today.

Speaker:

Oh, really?

Speaker:

Yesterday I was a 47, so we don't use numbers, but that's all feelings.

Speaker:

Are they all fit on the scale.

Speaker:

So if I'm content, you know, that's like a one to two 50 to 60.

Speaker:

If I'm elated, we just have names.

Speaker:

We could just use them.

Speaker:

So Bob, attraction's always responding to that.

Speaker:

And our job is to mind our vibration.

Speaker:

Here's why, when you have a high vibration that nature, not talking

Speaker:

about negative things, you're not experiencing negative things.

Speaker:

You're doing things that you love when your vibration is

Speaker:

high, you can attract stuff fast.

Speaker:

The speed at which you attract, anything is equal to how much

Speaker:

negative vibration you have.

Speaker:

So really negative people, they attract things.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

They attract negative things.

Speaker:

It's hard for them to attract positive things because of the duration of

Speaker:

the negative vibration castles, that desire of the positive vibration.

Speaker:

So we all have somebody in our life.

Speaker:

That's a lower dial than ours.

Speaker:

How do we know that?

Speaker:

Well, we can top it, how we feed.

Speaker:

You know, we're on 99.

Speaker:

We're on hundred.

Speaker:

We're having a good vibe.

Speaker:

Even in the nineties.

Speaker:

I love my life in the nineties and then my phone rings and it's my

Speaker:

friend, Bob Bob is on 45 on the dot.

Speaker:

Bob is on 45 and I'm on 95.

Speaker:

This is important.

Speaker:

The distance between our vibrations equals the amount of resistance that I feel

Speaker:

when I'm with him, I can feel resistance.

Speaker:

He rubs me the wrong way.

Speaker:

He's the complainer.

Speaker:

We're not, I can't be on 95 and listen to 45 and the car, and most people lower

Speaker:

their dial to meet their negative friends.

Speaker:

Oh, hi, how are you doing?

Speaker:

I don't do that.

Speaker:

I'm too selfish.

Speaker:

Selfish equals self care.

Speaker:

I care about my vibe too much to let it, I will flick people away, but now when my

Speaker:

friends complain about something, you know what words they're using, don't not know.

Speaker:

And when they're worrying about something, you know what you're using.

Speaker:

Don't not to know when they're talking about what they don't want.

Speaker:

You know, what words are using.

Speaker:

Don't not.

Speaker:

And no.

Speaker:

So the people around you that are negative and are complaining.

Speaker:

They use the word don't not have no.

Speaker:

So you either continue that conversation or you say to them, so what do you want?

Speaker:

Well, that kind of stops them.

Speaker:

Complainer's will complain until you say so what do you want?

Speaker:

And they're going to change their words and they're going

Speaker:

to change your vibration.

Speaker:

And now you just made your friend raise their dial to meet yours.

Speaker:

And now they'll think twice before they'll complain to you again, you see people

Speaker:

will treat you the way you allow them to.

Speaker:

And if you allow people to complain to you, then people will complain to you.

Speaker:

I call it a vibrational boundary.

Speaker:

It's like having vibrations around your boundary.

Speaker:

What are you willing to tolerate?

Speaker:

How low are you willing to dip your vibration?

Speaker:

Mine is not.

Speaker:

When this is one of the most difficult decisions for business owners or

Speaker:

just, I guess people in general, if I have those friends, right.

Speaker:

If I have those employees that have those negative vibrations,

Speaker:

I have my positive vibrations.

Speaker:

I'm asking them some of the questions that you're telling me to ask.

Speaker:

And I'm trying to summon my patients and maintain my positive vibes, but I can't.

Speaker:

What is the catalyst?

Speaker:

What is it that is inhibiting me from taking the action that

Speaker:

I know is going to keep me at my 90 high, 90, where I want to be.

Speaker:

Why do we not do it?

Speaker:

When we know it's what's best for us?

Speaker:

Well, first you have to be selfish enough to care about your own vibe.

Speaker:

And I believe you have to model it.

Speaker:

And then people say, I like how you said that, or, oh, you're always positive.

Speaker:

You know, when I worked at the guy, I modeled it.

Speaker:

I never got kicked off.

Speaker:

I never got angry.

Speaker:

I reframed everything I turned and I always said this.

Speaker:

I had one sign in my office.

Speaker:

It said behind every complaint is a request.

Speaker:

So I trained them not to complain to me here.

Speaker:

What's your class?

Speaker:

Oh, I can't watch your request.

Speaker:

So they knew, I would say, what's your request and you know what?

Speaker:

They're like kids, they learn real fast.

Speaker:

So they were counting.

Speaker:

We said, you know what?

Speaker:

I think I got a solution to something I'm working on.

Speaker:

I thought, well, that's fine.

Speaker:

Behind every complaint as a request.

Speaker:

And I also had a little sign that had the words don't not,

Speaker:

and no, what the line through it.

Speaker:

You can tell me what you want without using the, I don't want this.

Speaker:

What do you want?

Speaker:

I don't want, what do you want?

Speaker:

It takes, it's a trained behavior that you can eliminate.

Speaker:

And I'm sure as a dad, you catch yourself saying, don't

Speaker:

touch, don't spell your mouth.

Speaker:

Don't beat up your sister.

Speaker:

Don't touch.

Speaker:

It just comes out.

Speaker:

But they're all real language.

Speaker:

Just takes time.

Speaker:

Speaking of kids, I mean, yes.

Speaker:

Like let's hit that because you have a part right at the end where you

Speaker:

speak about how you can impart the law of attraction on your children,

Speaker:

or at least practice it with them.

Speaker:

When I have a four and an almost two year old, and it's crazy here

Speaker:

once everyone's in the house and it's 7:00 PM and all I would like

Speaker:

is for everyone to eat and be calm.

Speaker:

How can I, you know, kind of distinguish, trying to impart discipline versus

Speaker:

the law of attraction and, and, you know, the vibrations that we want to

Speaker:

feel collectively in this household.

Speaker:

Well, you can reduce the amount of negativity that the FA everybody attracts

Speaker:

when you control the conversation, because it all starts with, they're

Speaker:

talking about, are they complaining or how long do we let them complain?

Speaker:

And I don't mean new all of us.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

So say, well, how do you want that to be, you know, what would you like instead?

Speaker:

You know, and have that conversation.

Speaker:

I also think it's important.

Speaker:

I don't have children, but I help a lot of people increase their

Speaker:

self-esteem and self-esteem means the ability to esteem yourself.

Speaker:

Instead of kids, particularly young girls looking at TV and pop stars and

Speaker:

thinking, I need to look like that.

Speaker:

So here's the exercise that I even have a chef friend that does this with his

Speaker:

staff, because his staff always wanted his praise and he goes, I don't want to have

Speaker:

to praise every time they make it better.

Speaker:

So he got them into this happen.

Speaker:

Here's how you esteem yourself.

Speaker:

Tell me three things that you did well with that.

Speaker:

Oh, well I did this while I did this.

Speaker:

Well, and then the boss, my friend would say, okay, good work.

Speaker:

That's all I would have to say.

Speaker:

So the ability to esteem yourself and it's challenged for a lot of people,

Speaker:

they don't know how to do that.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

That's a great little exercise.

Speaker:

That one and reducing the word.

Speaker:

Don't not, no.

Speaker:

Now you could put a sign on the fridge that has the word.

Speaker:

Don't not have no what the international do not use symbol.

Speaker:

You would model.

Speaker:

Or a fun thing in the book.

Speaker:

I talk about some kind of game where if they catch mom or dad using the

Speaker:

word, don't not know, then they get to tick a star off whatever.

Speaker:

It's some kind of score keeping.

Speaker:

So you look at the board and the kids, the minute you say, don't not another, they're

Speaker:

going to run and take a coin or a star off of your board and put it on theirs.

Speaker:

And there'll be more careful about using the word.

Speaker:

Don't not expose you.

Speaker:

Can take a star off of their board and put it on yours.

Speaker:

So it's just a little reward system and it actually helps them pay

Speaker:

attention to your words more, which makes you pay attention to your words.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

And we have time for just one last thing.

Speaker:

And what I wanted to discuss was you've trained hundreds of thousands of people

Speaker:

and millions of people have read your book and people have put this into

Speaker:

practice and some have fared very well.

Speaker:

And some probably have failed miserably if someone is on the right path and

Speaker:

really, truly being deliberate about practicing the law of attraction and

Speaker:

then just making it a staple in there.

Speaker:

Where is the point that you've seen where people usually have the

Speaker:

misstep or the biggest challenge.

Speaker:

So that way they could maybe be prepared for it and counteract that

Speaker:

with some positive vibes, law of attraction is always responding

Speaker:

to the balance of your vibration.

Speaker:

So you might have super good relationships.

Speaker:

Vibe is good there, and you might be making good money, you know,

Speaker:

so you got some good money vibes, but boy, you hate going to work.

Speaker:

You hate your boss.

Speaker:

Everything's horrible.

Speaker:

The negative vibration of your job combined with the other

Speaker:

two vibrations, the net effect of the vibration is lowered.

Speaker:

So your overall vibration is lowered.

Speaker:

So the question is, how do I find out which Arab my life

Speaker:

is the most problematic?

Speaker:

It's the what's troublesome.

Speaker:

How do I go in that area?

Speaker:

Reset my vibe.

Speaker:

And then my overall vibration raises, you know, a lot of people think I'm in the

Speaker:

business to help people be more positive.

Speaker:

That's not true.

Speaker:

I'm in the business to help people become less negative.

Speaker:

And the best way to become more positive is to become less negative.

Speaker:

It's a math equation.

Speaker:

The balance of your vibration is determined by how much

Speaker:

negative vibration it's in it.

Speaker:

So our natural state is a hundred on the dial.

Speaker:

That's our natural born state.

Speaker:

And when you're not at a hundred, that means there's a

Speaker:

layer of this BS and this BS.

Speaker:

So those layers like an onion or a Lotus flower, when I stop

Speaker:

attracting that negative thing.

Speaker:

Oh, okay.

Speaker:

My life's a little bit better.

Speaker:

I got rid of that problematic person.

Speaker:

And then I stopped, you know, for me, I, I got off tip cock.

Speaker:

I got off of Twitter because it was too toxic, so little layers and it's

Speaker:

like, so my overall vibration is better because it's not contaminated with

Speaker:

the things that brought my vibe down.

Speaker:

And then that's how you'd be more deliberate about your vibe.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And then you become less tolerant with things that don't feel good.

Speaker:

Matter of fact, you'll notice instead of waiting four days, you're going

Speaker:

to say, Ooh, I don't like this.

Speaker:

I'm going to clean this up right away.

Speaker:

Like you become so caring about your vibe is you just always want

Speaker:

to be super diligent and careful.

Speaker:

I can absolutely vouch for that.

Speaker:

It has become easier to say no to things in the last couple of years for me.

Speaker:

And, and I do it with little deliberation, it's instinctual, and I understand it that

Speaker:

actually volts a positive vibe for me.

Speaker:

But Michael, thank you so much for all your time.

Speaker:

I want to make sure people know where to find you and where

Speaker:

you'd like them to find you.

Speaker:

So if you could leave us with that, we'll wrap up.

Speaker:

Hanging out with michael.com.

Speaker:

Hang out with michael.com.

Speaker:

Lots.

Speaker:

They're free to learn and enjoy.

Speaker:

And when can we expect the revised version?

Speaker:

Because I will certainly be getting it.

Speaker:

Well, I submitted it about a month ago to the editor.

Speaker:

There's a new chapter on how to hold a five session law of attraction book club.

Speaker:

So people like you could get your friends together, other

Speaker:

entrepreneurs there's one on foster.

Speaker:

And I use the faucet to describe resistance and allowance.

Speaker:

So that was fun.

Speaker:

And a couple other ones we'll have to wait and see.

Speaker:

Thank you for the interview.

Speaker:

Thank you so much.

Speaker:

So everyone, please go ahead and check out hangout with michael.com.

Speaker:

If you have not bought the book, buy the book, I promise you.

Speaker:

The reason we are talking by the way is because I'm rereading it

Speaker:

again because I want to make sure it is ingrained into my brain.

Speaker:

And I just decided to send them a DM after I went through the normal channels.

Speaker:

And that's how we're here just in a week.

Speaker:

I think it was a, here we are on a podcast, so it clearly works.

Speaker:

It's what I wanted, but the book is fantastic.

Speaker:

So please check it out and thanks.

Speaker:

All right, everyone.

Speaker:

Hopefully you enjoyed Michael's presentation and understand more

Speaker:

about the law of attraction.

Speaker:

I like to try that poke holes in things, but this one's

Speaker:

really hard to poke holes in.

Speaker:

And obviously it's substantiated by, you know, just the book and the

Speaker:

people I know who have just beyond a shadow of a doubt, told me the power

Speaker:

of what visualization, what the law of attraction and can do for them.

Speaker:

All that being said, this podcast gets spread like wildfire.

Speaker:

When people talk about it, word of mouth is always going to be the

Speaker:

best marketing tool for a podcast.

Speaker:

So I would like you to go to my Instagram or tag me, or tag this episode or tag

Speaker:

any promo of this episode and tag.

Speaker:

App rich Cardona underscore.

Speaker:

If you're not following me yet, follow me.

Speaker:

Let's have a conversation.

Speaker:

You can DM me anytime.

Speaker:

If you have podcasts or video questions, I'd love to chat or

Speaker:

get an initial chat going on.

Speaker:

And then lastly, I'd really like if you could take the time to review it.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Go to apple, go to Spotify, go to Google.

Speaker:

Wherever you listen to your podcast and review it.

Speaker:

If this has helped you then review it.

Speaker:

And I really would love for other people to see, wow, that's

Speaker:

a lot of five star reviews.

Speaker:

These are legit reviews.

Speaker:

So they know that I could probably be one of the seven

Speaker:

podcasts that people listen to.

Speaker:

Because if you didn't know that the average person listens

Speaker:

to about seven podcasts, max, and I want to be one of them.

Speaker:

I know I got my seven, so thank you so much for just being

Speaker:

incredibly supportive and for helping me get guests like Michael.
